About Us
Bodiababies co. is a culture-rooted early childhood brand dedicated to nurturing Cambodian identity, emotional well-being, and gentle learning from the very beginning.
Welcome to a space created with intention, culture, and heart.
Our brand was born from a simple but powerful hope: that Cambodian children grow up deeply connected to who they are — rooted in culture, surrounded by representation, and raised with both pride and gentleness. We believe the early years of a child’s life are more than play and learning; they are where identity, belonging, and self-worth begin to take shape.
As Cambodian-American parents, many of us are raising children between cultures, trying to preserve the beauty of our heritage while also nurturing emotional well-being in a world that didn’t always offer that to us. Here, we honor both. We celebrate where we come from while creating tools that support healthy, joyful, and confident little humans.
Through culturally inspired children’s clothing, books, Montessori-aligned toys, and early learning resources, we hope to make representation feel natural in the home — something children see, touch, wear, read, and grow up with. Each product is created with cultural intention, gentle learning in mind, and a soft spirit of healing for both parents and little ones.
Our mission is to help families pass down language, traditions, and pride with warmth — while also embracing emotional safety, mental well-being, and modern parenting values that allow our children to thrive.
This is more than a shop.
It’s a movement of nurturing identity, culture, and heart — from the very beginning.
We’re so grateful you’re here.
Welcome to the journey.

Josephine Theavy Armstrong
Founder
Josephine is a Cambodian-American mother devoted to nurturing a deep sense of cultural pride, emotional well-being, and early learning within the Cambodian community. As a mom raising two young children to love their roots and identity, she understands the importance of representation during the earliest years of life.
With a background in child development, Josephine brings a gentle and thoughtful approach to early childhood education. Her work is inspired by the belief that the first years are more than milestones — they are where confidence, belonging, and cultural identity begin to bloom.
Through her writing, creations, and community presence, Josephine aims to provide resources and inspiration for families who want to introduce Khmer language, stories, values, and cultural traditions to their little ones in a warm and authentic way. She softly weaves mental and emotional wellness into her mission, reminding families that nurturing heritage and nurturing the heart can happen hand in hand.
Josephine’s hope is that every child grows up feeling seen, rooted, and proud of who they are — and that parents feel supported along the way.
